Today we drove to meet up with other homeschoolers for an open gym. Didn't go so well so we left early.
So we decided to go to the Maine State Society for the Protection of Animals instead. C.G. loves horses. This was a perfect opportunity for her to see and touch one. We met with a lady named Becky, she was very helpful. CG and SA walked around and saw the different sizes, we also discussed the body language of horses. We learned about why the horses would be brough tare there. Overall it was a nice change of plans, and the kids learned and had fun.
